  • Your monthly platform cost is based on the user roles and add-ons in your clinic. Clinicians, admins, and students are billed at different monthly rates, and optional features such as ePrescribing and AI tools are added only when enabled.

  • The onboarding cost includes a one-time onboarding fee plus prepaid subscription for your onboarding window. Together, those two amounts make up your total upfront onboarding cost.

  • Your onboarding window is the prepaid period during which we help configure your clinic, train your team, and get you live in RipsyTech. Solo practices include 1 month of prepaid subscription. Small and group practices include 2 months of prepaid subscription.
